The subject describes basic physical, electronic as well as optoelectronic behaviours using in sensors and microsensors, static and dynamic parameters, improvement of parameters, sensor data processing, intelligent sensors, applications of basic principles in sensors (temperature, pressure, optoelectronic and fibre optic, radiation, chemical, mechanical, level, flow, ultrasound, etc.). There are showed principles and applications of MEMS and microsystems in the subject.
