The course is focused to metrology fundamentals and uncertainty apparatus. It explains both elementary principles and selected advanced methods used in electronics, telecommunications and radio communications.Content:
Předmět je zaměřen na výklad základních pojmů metrologie a aparátu nejistot měření. Seznamuje studenty s vybranými pokročilými metodami měření, používanými zejména v elektronice, telekomunikacích a radiokomunikacích.Course outlines:
1. | Metrology - measurement science, general and theoretical measurement aspects, uncertainty apparatus | |
2. | General structure and principles of measurement devices (analog, digital) | |
3. | Signal generators, reference sources, etalons (in general) | |
4. | Linearity in measurements, distortion, distortion | |
5. | Mean and RMS values measurement, peak detection | |
6. | AD converters - principles, sigma-delta, ultra-fast with optical core | |
7. | Dithering, high-resolution multimeter, DA converters principles | |
8. | Time, frequency and phase measurement principles and methodologies, phase synchronization, direct digital synthesis | |
9. | AC and DC voltage and current measurements, power measurements | |
10. | Electrical resistance, capacitance and inductance measurements | |
11. | Magnetic induction and intensity measurements | |
12. | Analog and digital oscilloscope principles, spectrum analyzer and reference receiver principles, real-time spectrum analyzer | |
