Classrooms for self-study and teamwork
Students may use selected classrooms during non-scheduled teaching hours. The classrooms are free of charge for FEE students' self-study, teamwork and hobby activities. The use of the room and its equipment for commercial activities must be authorized by the Technical and Operational Services on the basis of a rental contract, after paying the rental fee.
Students can use the installed equipment (PC, projection,...). It is not allowed to interfere with the wiring and change the configurations.
The student opens the room by swiping a CTU ID card or a key borrowed from the building's concierge. All openings/closings with the card are stored in the access system database. The student who unlocks the room is responsible for the room. When leaving, the responsible student must turn off the lights and lock the classroom with his card. If somebody stays in the room, the responsible student who leaves should hand over his responsibility to the person who stays there - this person takes the responsibility for the room by swiping his card at the reader.
Any defects should be reported immediately to the CTU Helpdesk.

The FELcafe study room is open to students on weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The key can be picked up at the gatehouse against the ID card.
