On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, during their official visit to Prague, Czech President Petr Pavel and First Lady Eva Pavlová visited the unique Little Moon City Prague (LMCP) space mission simulator located between the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Dejvice. However, research by the Department of Languages at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague shows that the key to success is not the technology itself, but the way it is used in teaching. The effective integration of new technologies into teaching is only possible if there is also innovation in teaching methods.

The Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague also has a representative in this selection. He is 29-year-old doctoral student Marek Miltner from the Department of Economics, Management, and Humanities. "My great talent is to go from failure to success and vice versa in various combinations," the award winner told Forbes.

The SEFI Annual Conference, focused on higher engineering education, will take place this year from 7th to 10th September at the Czech Technical University in Prague. The programme will be conducted entirely in English and will offer a wide range of contributions, which can be submitted to the conference as of now. Submissions are open until 1st April 2026.
